Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join a high-visibility sales team in Southern California. You will develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, build customer relationships, and drive profitable revenue while representing ADI across broad market customers.

This rotation program offers exposure to product lines, Central Applications, business units, and shadowing experienced FAEs, with potential for final placement after training within various regions of the US.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with analog and mixed-signal semiconductor expertise preferred.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Personal motivation, positive attitude, and courage to foster market share leadership in the region.
• Ability to travel (within territory) 50% or more with some overnight stays.
• Growth mindset - Continuous learning desire.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue new contacts, relationships and opportunities at your assigned accounts.
• Evaluate and qualify new accounts for potential priority attention.
• Establish an understanding of the customers’ current and future products.
• Communicate customer needs and required actions within ADI; drive requirements internally and support follow-up.
• Develop influential relationships at each level within accounts to maximize opportunities.
• Drive engagements between ADI and customer executives.
• Demonstrate revenue growth by identifying, cultivating and closing opportunities.
• Understand long‑term potential of customer base and optimize ADI resources.
