Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. invites you to join its Sales Rotational Program, an 18-month development track across Field Applications, Central Applications or Field Sales, with rotations in San Jose, CA and other sites.

You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for a career joining the sales organization as a Field Applications Engineer, supporting diverse markets. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and willingness to travel are required; relocation after the program is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and components.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate after the program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month Graduate Rotational Development Program across multiple locations.
• Develop technical and professional skills through four rotations and mentorship.
• Transition into ADI’s Field Applications Engineer role after completion.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and marketing teams to solve customer challenges.
