Adecco Portugal is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for U.S. customers, aiding with product integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of FPCB technologies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, building lasting customer relationships, and collaboration with internal engineering teams, with travel as needed to support deployments and training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Science, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FPCB materials and related processes.
• Experience with FCCL materials, Cover Films and Bonding Sheets preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical support for product integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop tailored technical solutions for current and future customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.

• Manage and coordinate technical projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the internal technical team.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

The FAE will provide technical support to U.S. customers, assisting with product integration, troubleshooting, and implementation. This role requires strong technical knowledge of FPCB technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board) materials, including FCCL, Cover Films, and Bonding Sheets.
• Proficiency in FPCB-related technologies: FCCL materials, FPCB DFM (Design for
• Manufacturability), NPI (New Product Introduction), manufacturing, testing, and
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and protocols.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex
• technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
