Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
- 5+ years customer service experience.
- 1+ years sales experience.
- 5+ years technical/mechanical experience.
- 5+ years Crushing and Screening experience.
Responsibilities
- Tracks and reports problems to Service, Sales and manufacturers.
- Provides primary technical support to customers and Wagner service technicians.
- Helps assess technicians' training gaps and needed classes.
- Delivers on-site training to operators to maximize production, maintenance, safety and loyalty.
