Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a Class A Technician to diagnose, repair, recondition, overhaul, and maintain heavy equipment and components under minimal supervision.

The role is full-time and based at our Aurora location. You will prepare service and inspection reports, communicate with the Service Writer and shop staff, order parts, and ensure safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years’ experience in heavy equipment, engine, or electric power generation system repair.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate service reports on time.
• Inspects and appraises equipment and repairs.
• Under supervision, diagnose, repair, recondition, overhaul and maintain equipment.
• Communicates with Service Writer and Shop staff to relay repair status.
• Order replacement parts and manage work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety requirements.
