Kirby Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Crushing & Screening Application Specialist to support our rental fleet.

You will conduct job-site evaluations, provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams, and ensure proper equipment configuration for aggregate processing. The role includes delivering on-site training, performing field assessments, and offering ongoing application support to optimize performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of experience in crushing, screening, or related aggregate processing industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage workflow, and maintain documentation in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates Kirby Smith vision and core values with customers and team.
• Collaborates with sales and rental teams to identify customer needs for crushing and screening.
• Conducts equipment inspections; provides wear assessments, reports and repair estimates.
• Maintains communication with rental, parts, and service departments for equipment readiness.
• Provides customer training on safe, proper operation of crushing and screening equipment.
• Recommends machine configurations based on job site requirements and offers AggFlow analysis when applicable.
• Assists with accurate parts identification for crushing and screening equipment.
• Documents customer visits and equipment performance in CRM.
