Job summary

Kirby‑Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Crushing & Screening Application Specialist to support rental fleet equipment, conduct site evaluations, and deliver expert training to customers and internal teams.

This role focuses on configuring equipment for aggregate processing and providing ongoing application support to optimize performance. Travel up to 80% to locations across the region to perform field assessments, deliver training, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of experience in the crushing, screening, or related aggregate processing industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to organize tasks and maintain documentation within a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports all crushing and screening equipment within the rental fleet and provides equipment training.
• Conducts job-site evaluations and prepares wear reports and repair estimates as required.
• Maintains regular communication with rental, parts and service departments to monitor equipment status.
• Provides customer training on safe, proper, and productive operation of crushing and screening equipment.
• Promotes safety standards and supports safety compliance in the field.
