Job summary

Arrow Electronics, via Arrow Global Components, seeks a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E for Poland. You will act as a technical PM, interface between customers, partners, and sales, and drive demand for interconnect and power content in designs.

Two language fluencies, 5 years of electronic-technology experience, and willingness to regional travel are required for this remote, full-time role in Poland. Car/allowance benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with an innovative mindset.
• Experience as a technical point of contact.
• Knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Language requirements: Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.

• Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.
• Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.

• Good knowledge of Interconnect,Electromechanicaland Passive products.

• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Language requirements: Polish and English.

• Located in Poland.
