Job summary

Luxshare-Tech is seeking a Field Application Engineer in Milpitas, CA to serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company. You will drive new designs, provide agile design support, and lead cross-functional collaboration to define roadmaps for next-generation interconnect solutions.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of engineering experience (3+ in FAE/product development), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years engineering experience with at least 3 years in application engineering or product development.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or signal/power integrity engineering.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive business growth and secure new design wins.
• Present product portfolios and differentiators to customer engineering teams.
• Provide agile design support and collaborate on customized solutions.
• Lead technical issue resolution, including quality concerns and field failures.
• Analyze engineering data to support validation and optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, PM, R&D, and BD to define roadmaps.
• Stay updated on trends like co-packaged optics and AI workloads.
• Participate in customer presentations and industry events.
