Job summary

Luxshare-Tech is seeking a Staff Field Applications Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for key customers in the San Jose area. You will drive revenue growth by enabling design wins and providing expert guidance on Luxshare power products and solutions.

As part of the local sales team, you will develop deep product knowledge, mentor junior FAEs, and support on-site activities. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required to support customers.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE with 5+ years of experience in power management and analog systems.
• Hands-on experience with point-of-load DC-DC power conversion and multiphase DCDC solutions.
• Simulation, schematic/layout review, lab measurement, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Able to travel up to 50% locally.
• Strong team orientation and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pre- and post-sales technical contact for Luxshare’s key customers in the San Jose area.
• Identify opportunities to expand Luxshare’s market presence and drive revenue growth through design wins.
• Provide on-site technical support and build trust with customer power engineering teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product lines, and field teams to align on customer needs.
