Job summary

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across North America to deliver hands-on hardware and software support, rapid troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Perform rigorous on-site and laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure product stability and performance.
• Draft technical documentation, site visit reports, and client requirement analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams on technical feasibility assessments, system design, and customized solution planning.
• Lead regular technical exchanges, review meetings, and status updates with key North American accounts.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Field Application Engineer to support our growing client base across North America. In this role, you will provide critical on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software solutions, conduct hands-on product testing, and partner with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions. This position requires frequent travel across the North American region to meet directly with clients and support on-site deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site & Remote Technical Support: Travel to customer sites across North America to deliver hands-on hardware and software support, rapid troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Product Testing & Field Validation: Perform rigorous on-site and laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure high product stability and performance.
• Technical Documentation & Client Insights: Draft technical documentation, site visit reports, and client requirement analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture: Collaborate with regional sales teams on technical feasibility assessments, system design, and customized solution planning.
• Customer Relationship Management: Lead regular technical exchanges, review meetings, and status updates to build strong, trusted partnerships with key North American accounts.

Role Requirements:

• Travel Expectation: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally within North America (up to 30%-50% travel, including valid passport/visa requirements).
• Communication: Business-fluent or native English communication skills (written and spoken) tailored for North American corporate clients.
