Role Overview
The Robotics Field Application Engineer will be essential to the MAXIMO solar innovation team, responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing our MAXIMO robot in the field, managing operational aspects, and troubleshooting issues. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and a production-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, passionate, and eager to push the boundaries of current capabilities. Working closely with construction managers, engineering, and product teams, you will ensure successful deployment and operation of robotic systems, acting as the key technical liaison to troubleshoot and debug on-field issues, and collaborating to ensure solar site and module requirements are met.
This position involves working across MAXIMO teams, providing feedback, reports, and solutions to improve production goals. We believe accelerating decarbonization requires bold actions, empowering the world to meet future energy needs sustainably.

Travel: Willing to travel frequently to solar farm sites (80+%).
Languages: English required.
Location: Remote role with 90% travel to construction sites.
