Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking experienced API Inspectors to perform mechanical integrity inspections for pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks. Candidates should hold API 510/570/653 or equivalent, plus related certifications and TWIC/DISA access.

The role is field-based, requiring travel, strict safety adherence, and strong report generation skills to support client specs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active API certifications (510/570/653) or equivalents.
• High School diploma or GED; technical degree a plus.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and site access credentials.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and perform field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal, external, and on-stream inspections per codes.
• Prepare inspection reports, isometrics, and data sheets.
• Recommend inspection intervals and corrosion monitoring points.
• Identify deficiencies and advise repair or fitness-for-service options.
• Interface with clients and engineers to meet timelines and scope.
• Use digital tools to track asset health and histories.
• Coordinate with NDT technicians as part of a team.
