Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering or related customer-embedded roles.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers as a peer.
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical deployments under delivery pressure.
• Comfort leading technical calls with customers and internal IT teams.
• Comfortable operating on both sides of the signature — sales cycle and production.
• You default to automation and using AI/tools to move faster and scale impact.
• Able to translate ambiguity into executable requirements and communicate with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical face for Enterprise Suite in the field, supporting pre-sale proofs of value.
• Architect and deploy customer-specific configurations of AI Agents in production environments.
• Lead expansion and renewal conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and accounting leaders.
• Travel to customer sites up to 30–40% for pre-sale evaluation, deployment, and training.
