Job summary

Aegis Chemical Solutions in Monahans, TX is seeking an Account Representative for production chemical operations. You will support the Account Manager with sales, service activities, including recurring orders, samples, and monthly reports for your area.

You will be assigned a company vehicle and drive in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Key duties include obtaining field samples, performing field analyses, assisting with technical solutions, and generating cost and performance reports for

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English to safely and effectively perform duties.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites; able to travel as required by business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain field samples for laboratory analysis.
• Perform field analysis of samples per Operations guidelines.
• Assist Account Managers in providing chemical and mechanical solutions to customers; help reduce costs.
• Create monthly reports on cost, lab results, failures and performance.
• Attend customer meetings to exchange information and report performance.
• Troubleshoot chemical-related problems at customer sites.
• Assist with chemical surveys on existing or potential customers.
• Manage customer chemical inventory with regional Operations team.
• Maintain injection rates at optimum level; work in safety-focused team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
