Job summary

Aegis Chemical Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our Production Chemicals team in a field-based role. You will build long-term customer relationships, deliver technical chemical solutions, and manage a territory to grow our business.

You will collaborate with Technical Services and Operations, mentor junior staff, and promote a safety-first culture while striving to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–5 years as Account Representative/Manager in production chemical industry.
• Knowledge of production chemistry and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide technical chemical solutions to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Manage assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare customer reports, recommendations, and performance reviews.
• Conduct field analysis and troubleshoot production chemical issues.
