HD Supply is seeking a Field Account Manager to own a high-potential territory across Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Build lasting relationships with property managers and multifamily communities while driving new business growth and customer success in the greater Indianapolis area.

You will prospect and develop opportunities, delivering results with autonomy and support, contributing to the company’s service leadership in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Business-to-Business sales experience including experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Flooring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies.
• Drives growth by securing profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting.
• Operates a company vehicle or personal vehicle more than 50% of the work week and passes an MVR check when selected.
• Generates a strategic sales call schedule and conducts face-to-face visits to identify opportunities and promote value-added solutions.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet or exceed sales and margin plans using CRM tools.
• Focuses on new account opportunities with effective cold call strategies to grow territory accounts.
