Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Physician Account Manager for the Greater Los Angeles area to drive territory growth and profitability of laboratory sales through outstanding service and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Physician Account Executives and Specialty Account Executives to expand key accounts and pursue up-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in sales or with account ownership.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and business economics.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics, and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining relationships with current accounts.
• Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with Physician Account Executives.
• Partner with Physician Account Executive to resolve account-specific service issues.
• Escalate non-resolution of service issues as appropriate.
