Job summary

ExamWorks is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ to actively identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing relationships. This role requires frequent travel within the territory and in-person sales events to surpass revenue objectives and client expectations.

You will develop territory plans, analyze market feedback, and maintain CRM-driven pipelines. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales, OR at least 3 years of outside sales with territory planning.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Frequent travel within the territory for client engagement and events.
• Proficient in CRM software for client management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong presentation and data analysis skills with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory plans informed by market feedback.
• Lead client engagement, including in-person meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate across the sales team to drive initiatives and share insights.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and performance tracking.
