Job summary

Xero Limited seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to partner with large and mid-tier accounting practices, guiding their digital transformations and migrating clients onto the Xero platform. You will own a San Francisco territory, building lasting relationships with accounting partners while driving growth for both their business and Xero.

Qualifications

• Experience in field account management with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Interest in fintech and ability to educate others on digital resources and online accounting.
• Ability to work independently while staying process-oriented and detail-focused.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging events.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, to manage sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop formal engagement plans and project strategies to support partner migrations.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth across accounting and bookkeeping partners.
• Maintain a cycle of appointments and meetings within the territory to drive online strategy.
• Recruit, educate, and grow the partner base by delivering events and certification training.
• Use Salesforce to maintain data accuracy and forecast territory performance.
