Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in account management or related sales roles.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial building envelope applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business through relationship development, networking, and referrals
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts from opportunity through closeout
• Own deals end-to-end, managing timelines, next steps, and expectations
• Negotiate scopes, pricing, and terms within company guidelines
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership to support execution
