Job summary

This role requires 3+ years of account management or sales, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel as needed. In-person work with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in account management, sales, or client services.
• Experience in building relationships and growing accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business through relationship development, networking, and referrals
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within accounts
• Serve as primary contact from opportunity to closeout
• Own deals end-to-end with timelines and next steps
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
