Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Raleigh, NC territory, covering Charlotte, Greensboro, NC and Roanoke, VA. The role focuses on education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers to improve patient access to J&J therapies.

You will spend up to 50% on-site with HCPs, address reimbursement barriers, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and payers to ensure compliant access and affordable medicines.

Qualifications

• Experience educating healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address access barriers and patient affordability.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and changes.
