Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Access Manager to optimize patient access across CO, AZ, and UT. You will navigate reimbursement challenges and educate providers to support therapy initiation and ongoing access, while building strong relationships with healthcare organizations.

The role requires 5+ years in field-based account management or medical affairs, deep reimbursement knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel up to 75% is expected to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in field-based roles such as account management, sales or medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and practice management is essential.
• Ability to develop and execute account-based strategies with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient access by navigating reimbursement and access challenges.
• Provide field-based education on reimbursement to key accounts and stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations to support therapy initiation and continuation.
• Educate internal teams to address reimbursement scenarios and stay current on policy changes.
• Travel up to 75% to support providers and sites within the territory.
