Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Field Access Manager in Charlotte, NC to educate providers on coverage and access for Incyte products in the assigned geography. You will build relationships with HCP offices and payor teams to resolve access barriers and navigate coverage policies.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/healthcare access, strong communication and analytics, and in-field travel 3–4 days/week to support patient access initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/healthcare experience with focus on access and reimbursement.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and managed care programs is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy into local plans and engage high-influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs and stakeholders on prior authorization, coverage status, and payor policies; provide live education.
• Build relationships with HCP offices and health care systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitor in-process patient cases through navigator portals with patient consent.
• Collaborate with dermatology and compliance teams to ensure program success and regulatory compliance.
• Develop innovative patient access solutions and align with local access strategies and KPIs.
