Job summary

3c Business Solutions Inc in Kaysville, UT is seeking an Access Control & CCTV Installation Technician to join our security team. This hands-on role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining access control and CCTV systems at client sites, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience, be comfortable reading blueprints, and be able to work independently on multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing access control, door hardware, head end equipment and CCTV.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans.
• Must pass background check and drug test; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems and CCTV camera systems at client sites.
• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling including Cat5e/Cat6, coax, and alarm wiring.
• Program access control panels, card readers, keypads, and related hardware.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on installed security equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with system recommendations prior to installation.
• Complete accurate job documentation, work orders, service reports, and as-built drawings as needed.
