Job summary

Ventura Air Services is building an in-house AOG response team in South Florida. We seek two Traveling AOG Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and clear discrepancies on-site, owning the aircraft during events and coordinating with Maintenance Control.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate aviation maintenance and hands-on experience with Challenger 604/CF34 or Citation 560XL/PW545. International travel and DOT/FAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years corporate aviation maintenance experience.
• Direct maintenance experience on Challenger 604/CF34 or Citation 560XL/PW545.
• Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deploy on short notice to AOG aircraft at outstations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and return aircraft to service per manuals.
• Provide accurate return-to-service estimates to Maintenance Control.
• Document all work in Jet Insight with complete records.
• Represent Ventura on-site during vendor-maintenance events.
