Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer retirement plan accounts and relationships with high service and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with day-to-day retirement plan operations and amendments.
• Support audits and examinations, including IRS and DOL investigations.
• Supervise and train assigned junior personnel.
• Meet with retirees to explain benefit options and educate on plans.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management and bank departments to meet client needs.
