Qualifications

• 8+ years of Fiduciary Products experience.
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop trust centers and associated teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee responses to audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews.
