Job summary

This role will supervise junior staff and support plan sponsors in achieving investment objectives and regulatory adherence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required.
• Five (5) years of direct or related experience in retirement services required.
• Advanced degree or industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer retirement plan accounts and relationships while maintaining service and compliance.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of retirement plans and amendments of Adoption Agreements, loans, and inquiries.
• Assist with internal/external audits and state/federal examinations; support IRS and DOL investigations.
