You will work under a licensed fiduciary, collaborating with clinical teams, attorneys, and financial staff to ensure ethical, effective, and compassionate client support.

The role blends administrative duties with field activities and offers mentorship and training toward fiduciary licensure within one to three years, based on education and policy.

Qualifications

• Four years of specialized clerical experience with public contact in a human services setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees valued.
• Meets ACJA 7-202 and fingerprint requirements; valid driver’s license.
• Background check and safety-sensitive requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide client benefits, finances, and service support for healthcare and housing.
• Participate in care planning meetings, court hearings, and staffings.
• Prepare reports, inventories, and case documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files and records with confidentiality.
• Conduct field visits to verify living conditions and safety.
• Answer calls, assist clients, and connect to critical resources.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, financial, and social service professionals.
• Conduct investigative research for next of kin and core documents.
• Uphold ethics and confidentiality; pursue fiduciary licensing training.
