Maricopa County Public Fiduciary is seeking a Fiduciary Case Aide to support fiduciary operations protecting vulnerable adults. The role blends administrative duties with field-based tasks, under supervision, with a pathway toward licensure after 1–3 years based on education and ACJA guidelines.

The position emphasizes independence, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills, serving diverse populations while contributing to ethical fiduciary decision-making.

Qualifications

• Four years of specialized clerical experience, with two years in a role with extensive public contact.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet ACJA/AOC prerequisites and fingerprinting requirements.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license or ability to obtain one by hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide client benefits, finances, and services to ensure access to healthcare, housing, and daily living support.
• Participate in care planning meetings, court hearings, and staffings to advocate for clients.
• Prepare case documentation detailing client assets and needs.
• Maintain accurate case files and reports.
• Conduct field visits to verify living conditions and compliance with plans.
• Answer calls and connect the public with critical resources.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, financial, and social service professionals.
• Investigate next of kin and retrieve core identity documents.
