Maricopa County seeks a Fiduciary Case Aide to support fiduciary operations protecting vulnerable adults under guardianship or conservatorship. You will work with fiduciaries, clinical teams, attorneys, and community partners to ensure ethical and compassionate client support.

Under supervision, you may progress toward licensure as a fiduciary within one to three years, with mentorship and training provided to develop essential skills for licensure and public service impact.

Qualificações

• Four years of specialized clerical experience with extensive public contact.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred for advancement.
• Background check and ACJA/AOC eligibility requirements applicable

Responsabilidades

• Assist with client benefits, finances, and services for healthcare access and housing.
• Participate in care planning meetings, court hearings, and staffings to support fiduciary decisions.
• Prepare reports, inventories, and case documentation for client belongings and needs.
• Maintain accurate case files and records; conduct field visits for safety checks.
• Answer calls, assist clients and families, connect to critical resources.
