Trajan Wealth LLC in Chicago is seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to expand a local market within the Chicago metro area. The role emphasizes building trust through educational seminars and leveraging Trajan’s in-house marketing and client development teams to generate new client relationships.

Advisors will work within a fiduciary family office framework, focusing on retirement strategies, estate planning, and tax considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Securities licenses/Certification - Series 65 or (7&66) or Professional Designation: CFP/CFA/ChFC/PFS/CIC.
• IL Life and Annuity license.
• 5+ years of financial advisory or investment experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience working with retirement planning clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive work style and strong personal ethics aligned with fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Classes: Host retirement and financial planning seminars and educate prospective clients on retirement income strategies and investments.
• Expand and Grow the Market: Build brand presence locally, expand client base through seminars and referrals, and scale the practice as part of national growth.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with planning, client service, investment and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
