Job summary

Trajan Wealth LLC is expanding into Wisconsin, seeking Financial Advisors in Milwaukee. This W2 role targets advisors who want to establish a local presence, launch a market, and scale with Trajan’s full growth engine, including in-house marketing and client development teams.

As a Trajan Advisor, you will educate clients through seminars, build trust, and convert attendees into long-term relationships while leveraging a fiduciary family-office platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Securities licenses/Certification required as listed in qualifications.
• Experience with retirement income planning and client education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Seminars to educate and engage prospective clients.
• Expand and grow the local market through seminars, referrals, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and growth.

Skills

Strong presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with retirement planning

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Licenses: Series 65 or 7/66

CFP / CFA / ChFC / PFS / CIC designation

WI Life and Annuity license
