Trajan Wealth seeks an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor in the Salt Lake City metro. This W2 role is designed for advisors who want more than a book, they want to expand a market, establish a strong local presence, and scale a business with Trajan's growth engine behind you.

Advisors start by leveraging our educational seminars to build trust, drive engagement, and generate new client relationships, then access in-house marketing and client development teams that deliver qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clean BrokerCheck / U4 record.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Securities licenses/Certification - Series 65 or CFP/CFA/ChFC/PFS/CIC.
• UT Life and Annuity license.
• 5+ years of financial advisory or investment experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience working with retirement planning clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive work style and strong personal ethics aligned with fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Classes: Host and present retirement and financial planning courses within the SLC area.
• Expand and Grow the Market: Build brand presence and trust locally; expand client base through seminars and referrals.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with planning, client service, investment, and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.
