The role focuses on educational seminars to build trust, generate client relationships, and leverage in-house marketing and client development teams for qualified opportunities.

Advisors start by growing production milestones, then scale with Trajan's support, aiming to build a sustainable wealth management presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Clean BrokerCheck / U4 record.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Securities licenses/Certification - Series 65 or (7&66) or CFP/CFA/ChFC/PFS/CIC.
• Minnesota Life and Annuity license.
• 5+ years of financial advisory or investment experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience working with retirement planning clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive work style and strong personal ethics aligned with fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Seminars in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area.
• Expand a client base through seminars, referrals, and community engagement.
• Scale a local advisory practice as part of Trajan's national growth strategy.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning.
• Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to understand their financial goals.
