Deutsche Bank is seeking the Head of Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Compliance, Americas, a Director-level role based in New York. You will lead a team, advise on policies, and ensure compliance across FIC activities including structuring, lending, and trading.

You will oversee regulatory matters, provide real-time advisory services, and collaborate with RI/Control functions to strengthen the control framework in a large global IB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD or MBA a plus.
• Strong securities, derivatives and lending experience within a global IB or law firm.
• Functional knowledge of US fixed income and derivative trading regulations; FINRA/SEC knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Advise on Firm policies and applicable securities laws; draft and implement procedures.
• Provide regulatory training and assist with supervisory/control mechanisms.
• Participate in investigations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate audits/inspections; interact with regulators.
• Conduct risk assessments and support the global monitoring program.
