Job summary

Deutsche Bank seeks a Head of Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Compliance, Americas, to lead a team providing real-time advisory support to FIC businesses within the Investment Bank. You will challenge controls, supervise and guide on structuring, lending, sales and trading activities, and monitor regulatory requirements.

The role requires broad securities, derivatives and lending experience, and the ability to lead teams across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD or MBA a plus.
• Functional knowledge of US fixed income and derivative trading regulatory framework; SEC/FINRA rules familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Firm policies and procedures; draft, update and implement policies and procedures.
• Provide regulatory/compliance training; assist in implementing supervisory/control mechanisms.
• Participate in internal investigations, respond to regulatory inquiries, and coordinate audits/inspections.
