Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New York, NY seeks Head of Energy Compliance, Americas (Director). You will provide real-time support, implement compliance frameworks for FIC Energy, and challenge new initiatives across the Energy desk in the Investment Bank.

You will lead policy development, supervise controls, coordinate audits, and mentor staff, with a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD or MBA is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of US energy regulations and FERC expectations.
• Experience in a sales/trading desk compliance in IB or energy firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and implement policies and procedures for firm energy exposure.
• Provide regulatory training and supervise control mechanisms.
• Coordinate audits, investigations, and regulator inquiries.
• Lead and mentor junior staff across the Americas.
