Seaman Corporation is seeking a FiberTite Direct Sales Representative to join our Commercial team and report to the Regional Sales Manager – Midwest. The role is located in MN or WI and focuses on direct sales of FiberTite Roofing for MN/WI, engaging corporate owners, developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers.

This dynamic position emphasizes value selling, exceptional customer service, and growing FiberTite’s market share while expanding knowledge of our roofing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with 3-5 years related experience in roofing or related building products industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new opportunities and maintain a full sales pipeline.
• Deliver influential sales presentations to corporate owners, developers, roofing consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Offer roofing solutions using technical knowledge and codes/approvals to building owners, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Review market conditions with the North American Sales Director/Regional Sales Manager to determine customer needs.
• Quote pricing and coordinate information to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
