Job summary

Seaman Corporation is seeking a FiberTite Direct Sales Representative to drive direct sales of FiberTite Roofing in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role targets corporate owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and architects, delivering value-based solutions and exceptional service.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Midwest, the candidate will manage a territory, build relationships, and continuously improve product knowledge across Seaman’s roofing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in roofing or building products industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new opportunities and maintain a full sales pipeline.
• Deliver influential sales presentations to owners, developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Offer roofing solutions using technical knowledge and codes/approvals; quote pricing to customers.
• Develop reliable and timely sales forecasts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
