Ideal candidates will have relevant manufacturing experience, OSHA knowledge, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years in a technical role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• OSHA regulations knowledge required; OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to initiate and lead change.
• Results driven; Lean Manufacturing understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple products/projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with Windows/MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety as the top priority for all employees.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Master all technical aspects of the area(s).
• Provide training and support to production staff to ensure productivity and quality.
• Plan and update cross‑training matrix and routine reports/metrics.
• Give feedback on safety, quality, and technical performance.
• Drive accountability to key metrics in the area(s).
• Identify root causes of production issues and implement solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with Process Techs and Supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
