Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH, seeks a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in manufacturing fiberglass products for the Electrical Industry. You will relay critical information between front-line staff and management, ensuring work is done safely and to spec.

The role requires leading the team, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with other departments. Strong communication and prior production leadership will be valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Production/manufacturing experience required; concrete manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated reliability with good attendance and positive attitude.
• Experience leading people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report issues to management.
• Enter safety-related information into compliance software.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or changes needed.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure appropriate training in compliance, safety, or technical areas.
