Iten Industries, Inc. in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Pultrusion Operator for 2nd shift to set up, operate, and monitor pultrusion machines used to produce fiberglass or composite materials.

The role requires careful attention to product dimensions and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers 04:00pm-02:15am and 06:00pm-04:15am shifts Monday-Thursday, with starting pay of $16.50 per hour and eligibility for company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be safety oriented.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Attendance and reliability are a must!

Responsibilities

• Trains and works under the supervision of experienced press operator/trainers.
• Assists in setting up and operating presses.
• Obtains schedule and work orders to be used in production process.
• Prepares and releases materials for production.
• Performs quality checks on material.
• Prepares product for shipping.
• Operates tow motor when necessary.
• Assists other employees in the department with troubleshooting issues.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
