Marvin Composites is seeking a Night Shift Beginning Pultrusion Operator to manufacture composite components with strict adherence to specifications. You will operate pultrusion and extrusion equipment, perform quality checks, and support process improvements in a safety-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on, physical work on 12-hour shifts, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to a high-quality program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn pultrusion techniques, tooling care and material identification.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Dependability and a team-oriented mindset to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks throughout the pultrusion process to ensure products meet specifications.
• Set up, operate, and shut down equipment while maintaining tooling care and fiber loading techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, documenting key process variables to support consistency and quality.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pultrusion dies to support efficient operations.
• Support team development by providing on-the-job training to colleagues and assisting as a Pultrusion Inspector when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including managing hazardous waste streams.
