TS Conductor Corp. is seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd - Pultrusion in Huntington Beach, CA. This full-time role requires setting up, operating, and maintaining pultrusion machinery to deliver high-quality products.

Candidates should be capable of working independently and within a team to meet production targets. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor machines, and document production data. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery by performing routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Set up and operate production machines per procedures.
• Monitor equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections and record data accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust settings as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Meet production targets and adapt to rotating shifts.
• Support cross-training and other training requirements.
