Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is hiring a Production Lead to oversee manufacturing and assembly tasks at the facility, including secondary operations like painting and patching. The role requires promoting safety procedures and coordinating with a Group Leader to meet production goals in a union environment.

You will supervise team members, read drawings, use site equipment, and support multiple departments to ensure efficient, safe production of infrastructure products for North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Able to lift 40 lbs regularly and operate safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and wear required gear.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Read drawings to produce company products.
• Operate standard area equipment after training (hand tools, cranes, tie guns, forklifts).
• Attend required meetings and relay information to leadership.
• Supervise others and support other departments as needed.
