Latham, The Pool Company in Williams, CA, is seeking a Production Associate to manufacture fiberglass swimming pools and maintain a safe, clean work area. You will contribute to quality standards while learning advanced skills in gun running and gel coating.

Qualifications include fiberglass manufacturing experience, plus tools proficiency and forklift experience. This on-site role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits to support your family.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass/composite manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in construction and/or tile installation a plus.
• Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
