Job summary

NOV is seeking a production operator in Tulsa, OK to operate winding machines in line with schedules and work instructions. Maintain a clean, safe area and follow PPE rules. The role requires reading drawings and being able to move materials safely while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Expect to work overtime and shifts as needed, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong reliability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable work history.
  • Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Work overtime and shift schedules as required.
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Push and pull materials and equipment as needed.
  • Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
  • Adapt to cross‑training and support multiple areas of production.
  • Work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
